How It Works
Onboarding – Provide imaging instructions, intake checklist, and shipping accounts
Inbound Shipping – Send devices or parts directly to our Fremont, CA depot

Fulfillment – Orders shipped to U.S. employees with full tracking and confirmation

Your equipment is protected under our active policy with The Hartford:
General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
Technology Errors & Omissions Liability: $1,000,000
Business Personal Property Coverage (including client-owned property)
Transit Coverage (under our care): $10,000 per shipment
